Korean Air has been honored for its exceptional onboard service and customer loyalty program in Global Traveler’s 2024 GT Tested Reader Survey awards. The airline secured the Best Airline Onboard Service award, while its SKYPASS loyalty program won the Best Frequent-Flyer Award Redemption category.

Global Traveler, a well-known U.S.-based luxury travel magazine, conducts an annual survey inviting its readers to vote across various travel-related categories. Korean Air ranked prominently in other categories as well, earning second place for Best First-Class Seat Design and third place for Best Airline Cuisine, Best Business-Class Seat Design, Best Flight Attendants, and Best Airport Staff/Gate Agents.
