FlyDubai received recognition at the prestigious Aviation Innovation Awards 2024, taking home honors in two categories. The airline won the “Exceptional Products and Services Innovation” award in the Airline Industry category, while its cargo division was recognized for “Innovative Collaborations and Partnerships” in the Air Cargo and Logistics category. FlyDubai winning two awards highlights their commitment to excellence.
Passenger Experience Elevated Through Innovation
FlyDubai has consistently focused on enhancing passenger experiences through thoughtful innovations. In October 2024, the airline launched a dedicated Business Class check-in area at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB). This new facility offers Business Class passengers personalized Meet and Assist services, along with Fast Track options, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, securing recognition at award events.

Cargo Division Leads Through Partnerships
The airline’s cargo division, established in 2012, operates across more than 150 destinations in 53 countries, facilitating efficient and reliable logistics services. With high-frequency operations, FlyDubai Cargo ensures fast transfers, allowing shipments to connect between flights within just one hour at Dubai International. Contributions in partnerships earned FlyDubai two awards.
