Delta Air Lines has announced the relaunch of SkyMiles Experiences, offering members a fresh way to use their miles beyond traditional travel perks. This revamped program introduces a variety of curated experiences designed to inspire members to explore, connect, and engage in exclusive opportunities tailored to their interests.
First introduced in 2016, SkyMiles Experiences has been redesigned to cater to modern consumer aspirations. Members can now use their miles to bid on or instantly access a wider range of events and activities. These options span five collections: Music & Film, Sports, Culinary, Wellness & Adventure, and Fashion, Art & Design.

The updated platform offers a streamlined digital experience, with new events and experiences added every two weeks starting November 18, 2024.
How Members Can Participate
SkyMiles Members can log in to the SkyMiles Experiences website to view and redeem exclusive opportunities. Certain experiences are available for immediate purchase using miles, while others are open for bidding. Some experiences also feature multiple bidding packages, referred to as Packages, allowing for diverse participation opportunities.
Delta plans to continue expanding these offerings into its centennial year in 2025, bringing even more value to its members.
Unique Experiences to Explore
The new SkyMiles Experiences features partnerships with well-known brands and venues, allowing members to enjoy once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.
- Starbucks VIP Tour: Coffee enthusiasts can bid on a behind-the-scenes experience at the original Starbucks store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market, including coffee roasting and tasting with a Starbucks coffee master.
- Rockettes® Dance Workshop: Dance lovers can take part in a private class with the legendary Rockettes, learning choreography before attending the Christmas Spectacular® at Radio City Music Hall®.
- Hilton Ultimate Stays: Luxury seekers can explore exclusive stays at top-tier Hilton properties. Packages include unique experiences such as wine cave dinners at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach and mixology classes at Conrad Orlando.

SkyMiles Experiences complements Delta’s existing perks, which include unlimited earning potential for redeemable miles, miles that never expire, and no blackout dates for Award tickets on Delta-operated flights. Additionally, fast and free onboard Wi-Fi is already available on most domestic flights, with further expansion planned through 2025 on regional and international routes.
